BUTTER SHORTBREAD BISCUITS



150g butter
60g sugar
240g flour
Optional: 1 tsp golden syrup

Method

Pre-heat oven to 170°C (fan-assisted).
Grease two baking sheets.
Cream together sugar and butter.
Stir in flour and optional golden syrup.
Mix to a soft dough.
Roll out and use a cookie cutter to make shapes.
Bake for 11-13 minutes.
