PUTTANESCA
3 cloves of Garlic (finely chopped)
pinch of Chillies
Packet of chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp basil
1 tsp parsley
6 anchovy fillets (chopped)
sprinkle of black pepper
Method
Put pasta on first!
Heat the oil, add garlic and chilli, cook gently for one minute.
Add tomatoes, basil, parsley and black pepper.
Bring to boil, add chopped anchovies.
Simmer gently with lid half on, until thickened.
